Please take the following steps to uninstall and reinstall on your MAC:
- Step 1: Quit The Payer Player Application
- Step 2: Locate The Payer Player Application in your applications folder and drag it to the trash.
- Step 3: Go to Macintosh HD>Users>Your Home Folder>Library>Application Support. Locate a folder named Payer Player, then drag it to the trash.
- Step 4: Empty your trash securely by holding down the Option Key when you select empty trash.
- Step 5: Check to make sure your computer is not due for a Java update. If you know that it is up to date you may skip this step. If you are not sure, click the apple icon in the upper left corner of your computer screen,and click Software Update. This may take a few minutes, then check the list for Java. If you see Java in the list you may uncheck everything except Java or install all the updates.
- Step 6: Once the update(s) are complete, restart your machine, then Navigate to www.thepayerplayer.com/(your_ID), select Login, then enter your email address and Password.
- Step 7: Once you're logged into your dashboard, locate the button that says 'Get The Payer Player on your Desktop," click it and follow the prompts.
- Step 8: Enjoy the Payer Player on your desktop!
